Although the final selling price and the identity of the buyer remain undisclosed, the most recent asking price for the luxurious property had been reduced to $24.99 million.

Situated in the trendy neighborhood of NoMad, also known as Madison Square North, the lavish residence was purchased by the On The Floor singer approximately a decade ago in 2014 for $20.1 million. The building, constructed a century ago in 1924, consists of only four units, with notable residents including Chelsea Clinton.

Jennifer’s former penthouse boasts an impressive 6,454 square feet of living space, coupled with 3,000 square feet of outdoor areas that include private terraces and a roof deck offering stunning views of the city skyline. The property features four bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a lounge, and two wine fridges, according to the New York Post.

Moreover, the Whitman building provides amenities such as a full-time doorman, locked storage, and a stylish lobby. Just last month in March, Jennifer and her partner Ben Affleck were spotted hunting for a new home together in the Big Apple.

Ben is set to reprise his role as Christian Wolff, a brilliant CPA with autism, which he first portrayed in the original film released in 2016. The sequel will also see J.K. Simmons, Jon Bernthal, and Cynthia Addai-Robinson returning to their respective roles.
According to reports, The Accountant 2 will focus on Affleck’s character solving the murder of Marybeth Medina’s boss. Christian joins forces with his estranged brother Brax to unravel the mystery. As of now, the release date for The Accountant 2 has not been revealed.
Affleck is the fourth husband of the star of The Wedding Planner, whom she famously married two decades after their initial engagement. The couple first started dating in the early 2000s and got engaged in 2002, but their engagement was called off in 2004.

They both went through marriages and having children with other people before rekindling their relationship in 2021 and then getting married the following year.

J-Lo’s family also includes her 16-year-old twins Max and Emme, whom she raises together with her third ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Meanwhile, Ben co-parents his three children Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12, whom he shares with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
